In-depth Name & Cultural Consultation is a multi-day, text-based collaboration to craft culturally grounded, meaningful names and dynamics for real people or fictional casts. It considers personal history, law, culture, symbolism, and future implications so every choice can carry the weight it deserves.

Estimated duration of session: Usually between 3–14 days, but will follow however long it takes for Client to reach a sure decision with their to-be-named thing(s). Maximum duration limit is 14 days.

What's Include
  1. Text-based, thorough discussions to create suitable full name(s) for a
    real-life, single-birth individual*, with attentive consideration given to:

    • Social, cultural, political, and legal factors
    • Client’s personal and familial past history
    • Present situation and future manifestations
    • Traditions, honourables, styles, vetoes, and taboos
    • Unique tastes and intuitive feelings

    Includes crafting an extensive digital family tree, which is shareable
    and editable. There is no limit to the quantity of names per individual.
    Multi-ethnic individuals are encouraged to have more than one name—let’s celebrate
    diversity with abundant joy! 🎉


    *Note: Multiple-birth siblings (e.g. twins, triplets, quadruplets), multiple single-birth
    siblings (e.g. two sisters born three years apart), and multiple non-sibling individuals—
    whether related or unrelated (e.g. three first cousins or four best friends)—count as
    multiple consultations and will increase the service charge as detailed in Bundling Packages.

  2. Same as above, but for a cast of fictional characters and all cultural scenes
    and mentions within one project or manuscript*.
    *Note: Multiple different projects or manuscripts by the same Client count as multiple
    consultations and will increase the service charge as detailed in Bundling Packages.

🧀 What if the Client has follow-up questions, concerns, or updates after the consultation
and payment have concluded?

  1. If the inquiries pertain directly to the recently finished consultation:
    1. Up to 7 days post-payment: The Client may freely message any follow-ups,
      which will be answered directly in the chatroom.
    2. After 7 days post-payment: The Client is recommended to compile all
      questions, concerns, and updates into a list, then book a
      General Name & Cultural Consultation.
  2. If the request asks for a total redo of the consultation and resulting
    compiled document(s) due to the Client’s own change of mind:

    1. The Client is recommended to book a new
      In-depth Name & Cultural Consultation, treated as a fresh blank slate.
  3. If the inquiries pertain to a different real-life individual or a
    different project or manuscript than the recently finished consultation:

    1. The Client is recommended to book a new session, either a
      General or another In-depth Name & Cultural Consultation.
What's Not Include

Multiple individuals or multiple projects beyond the defined scope of one session (twins, siblings, multiple casts) are counted as separate sessions or bundles.
